In 2001 I began my college teaching career as an instructor of guitar at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and as an adjunct professor of music at Southern Vermont College. In 2008 I was appointed an affiliate artist of classical guitar at Middlebury College.
At the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, I teach primarily jazz and contemporary music styles. In addition I recently added an American Music Course.
At Southern Vermont College, I serve as the Music Director and teach all of the academic music courses including Music Appreciation, World Music Survey, Jazz History, Rock History, Guitar, and Women in Music. I direct the college’s band and vocal ensembles and organize all of the music for the college’s events including commencement and graduation.
In my position at Middlebury College, I teach classical guitar studies. I am also available for private guitar, bass, and piano lessons at my home studio. I specialize in college audition preparation and adult lessons. For more information about private lessons please call me at 802-733-7152
